is this even possible, I have be exercising weekly and it seems i'm losing weight everywhere but my stomach. and it's not flabby but hard and sticks out..arent i suppose to lose it everywhere..or do you lose it in the belly slower than everywhere else?

what a frustrating situation... Losing weight while your belly is getting bigger is just not what supposed to happen. I read an incredible article about wheat and how it makes your stomach bloat, maybe this is what's causing your bigger belly.
When I cut on bread, pasta and cereal, it made a very big difference, as I had my bloated days to. Now I feel more relaxed and I think this might help you too.
If you try it out for 3 days, you should notice the difference right away. Just let me know how you did, okay?
