    Smile ALLI

Alli is the first weight loss pill approved by the Food and Drug Aministration. They have been talking about it on the news over the last two weeks. It will be in stores tomorrow supposely. I didn't know you had to be 18 to buy it. I was thinking about trying it. The fact that it was approved by the FDA is important to me. I worry about other weight loss pills because the side affects can sometimes be life threatening. I don't like taking things that make me feel wierd. You can learn more about the Alli pill at myalli.com.

I just recently heard about it myself. The small amount of information I actually ready about appeared to give some sort of strict diet to follow. Is this true??? I mean, I'm not against eating healthy, but also consider myself to be a picky eater and won't be eating "tofu" or "goat cheese". No offense to those who like tofu or goat cheese...just not for me. The point is, if the pill's effectivness is based on abiding by some off the wall food regiment I know I won't be able to stick by, then why waste my money. How much weight have you lost?

It's not that strict. I just can't eat more than 15g of fat a meal.

    I've lost 8 pounds since I started. ^_^

Ravsoma: how did your body react to this? Did/do you get the runs from it? My sister was looking into it and actually had it, but returned it because she didn't want to have an accident at work or something.

Whenever I stayed on my diet I was fine. Even when I ate some ice cream from Cold Stone that was 55g of fat I was fine. It's more like... if you keep eating more fat than you're supposed to you'll have treatment effects and it takes a while for them to go away even if you get back on track.

My tummy made little bubbly noises which I realized was the sound of the oil. When I went to the bathroom GRAPHIC! different color oil would come out each time. It was like a rainbow. I felt better than the oil was out in the toilet than in me. I don't get the runs when I do good.

The only problem I could see your sister having is if she ate too much fat and farted... Seriously. Eating too much fat and farting is not something you want. You might think it's just some simple gas, but when you go to the bathroom you find your panties soiled. You can never tell.
