    Default Lost Too Much Weight???

I don't really want to go into details, but I lost about 10 - 15 pounds. And not in a healthy way. I am 16 years old. And I really was dealing with body image issues. I was never fat to begin with. I'm 5 ft tall. And during my Freshman year I was about 102 lbs. Now my Sophomore year is coming to and end and I'm about 88 lbs.
I realize that this isn't exactly healthy for me. And I am much happier with my flat tummy than with a little pouch. I even got some abs.
I'm kind of struggling with eating but I do realize I need to gain weight. It's always been hard for me to find jeans that fit. I remember trying to squeeze into a 0 because a 1 was waaay too big. But now a 0 is too big, and 00 fit better, but they sag a little bit on me.
I just want to gain a little weight back because I lost the littlle butt I had, and my breasts have shrunk! D: I almost was fitting into a C cup and now I barely fit a B.
I need some advice, can I maintain this flat tummy and gain some weight to get my butt and breasts back? Anyone else delt with this before? It's really hard on me because I'm still struggling with eating..
    But anything helps, thanks!

    Hi Ash,

It's good that you recognise that your body image, probably the reason why you went down this road to start with, but, honey a flat stomach comes from crunches, and a nice butt, comes also from walking and weights, although at your age it should all be there, it's the 88 kilo's your body is not coping and all the fat possibly left has left do you understand that bit?

If you are struggling with eating, and I don't want to change the thread on you, but it's the food that will give you more weight therefore that nice butt and boobs... It's the weights and exercise that will keep it there...

Have you tried soups and smoothies as food ?

Have you spoken to anyone about this?

00 is a rediculous size, skeleton looking that's not going to get you anywhere sweetheart.

I've talked with my grandma and told her I was going to deal with everything. But it's still a little hard for me.

That's fantastic, you must get on well with her.

Can I ask why it is hard for you? Do you mean that you can't fathom food at all, and want to spit it out...

You don't have to answer ...

But Ash, I gave you my opinion the only way your boobs and butt can be where you want them is to eat....

We are here if you want to talk about it okay

If you can get the courage go see a Doctor , or at least please try my suggestion of food alternatives okay?

Ghaaa you got to hate that huh, must make you feel horrid..

Hang about, welcome to the Forum, there are lots of friendly members here I am sure together we can motivate you, and maybe be cheeky enough to get you to tell us more huh, after all it's anonymous, unless that's your real name in which case I will change it

So you did ask if we think you have lost too much weight, yes I do...

Do you want to tell us why you think you started to see yourself as overweight peer pressure? And, do you get on with your family well?

I'm gone for a bit but you can bet I will be back

Lol yeah, it's my real name. :$
Yeah, I think this is a great place to just find someone to talk to, about personal things and life really.
I think I have some self conscious issues, but I'm hoping to change that!
    And thanks again!

And yes, it's me. And thank you very much If that's a photo of you, it's very cute too!
    And how old are you?

My home life, I'm currently living with my father and his girlfriend. And I see my mom every other weekend. It's been kind of difficult since I was young.
    Are you living with anyone?

Well, your wish is my command Ms AshB$...

I can't believe on one has backed me up yet on my thoughts to your question?

Guess they will or else add their thoughts now that I've written that huh.

Mmmm 47? Is that old enough to be your Grandma? Young in spirit thow man.

I am engaged to be married, live with 3 dogs, 3 fish, 2 rabbits, my fiance and his daughter who is 13 next month, she comes over 3 times a week mostly.

So, that is difficult, see? My step-daughter does the same, but weekly between both parents, fortunately she has a great relationship with both of them and with me.

Who do you get on with the most?

When did they separate or get Divorced?

    What are you studying
