Also, make sure you are drinking PLENTY of water to help stave off hunger. Ideally, in a day, you should drink 1/2 of your body weight in fl. oz. at a MINIMUM. So if you weigh 160 lbs, drink at least 80 oz. of water a day to stay well hydrated.
