i know diet & excercise is the best way to lose weight & keep it off, but has anyone successfully discovered an over - the - counter diet pill that might help me kick start my weight loss & supress this (what seems like) never - ending hunger? something that might boost my energy up a bit would be great too.

    any comments are appreciated.
    :)

There is none. Honestly. Don't waste your money, they're all scams.

What sort of things do you eat on a daily basis, and what kind of exercise do you get? If you can list a few things, we may be able to point you in the right direction.

You shouldn't physically be "hungry" on a regular basis. I bet this is more psychological if anything.

well for starters i am a vegetarian, so most of my diet consists of veggies, soy, grains, fruits & (sigh) junk food. i would like to eventually become a true vegan but i am on a budget right now (about $200 a month for 2 people) so it's hard to buy organic food bc of the outrageous prices at the natural & organic markets around my area . . . excercise is minimal right now. i have very limited space in my apartment, but i try to get outside as much as i can. i do some weight - lifting about 3 times a week & that seems to be helping with muscle tone, but not for getting rid of this stubborn fat. i dream of joining a gym but i'm unemployed right now so i really don't have the money for a monthly membership. it gets very discouraging sometimes . . .
