You seem to be getting enough aerobic exercise to help lose weight. What are you actually eating. Portion size is important, but it is what is in those portions that counts! For instance do you eat a lot of takeaways or fatty and sugary foods? If you do, try minimizing these and stick to wholesome, healthy foods. What exercise do you get on the days you aren't actually seriously working out? Do you walk a bit or are you pretty sedentary? Try to be active every day, even if its only for a short time.
