I have been wanting to lose weight this summer, and I'm curious about the Jillian Michaels workouts.The only problem is, I want something I KNOW is going to work, and I'm not throwing money around. So my questions are, Has anyone used them before and if so, do they work?
I was also wondering about the Biggest Loser workouts. I've heard about them before, but I've never used them. I'm curious, but again, don't want to blow money.
To anyone who has used either of these, please let me know!!!!! If you've used another brand/person of workouts, I'll take suggestions.
