Hello everyone.
I was just browsing through some threads here and it seems that all the women here are very helpful and supportive.
I just hit the gym this morning about after a year of slacking off. I've never been thin but I was healthy and in shape a year ago when I went to the gym religiously and did Bikram's yoga almost everyday.
I am a full time student, and with the school stress piling up, I decided to quit my job and solely focus on school. So now that I can no longer drop money on Bikram's and the gym, laziness settled in and I went from 140lbs last year to 158lbs today.
I feel pretty disgusting right now, but for this summer I'm only doing classes once a week and working once a week, so I have a lot of free time on my hands to better myself. There is a community centre just 20 minutes walking distance from my house and I just started going there today. I feel good about this start and hopefully it will last!
Because I want to get back to my old 140lbs or lower, I was thinking about fat burners to jumpstart my routine for about the first month. What do you ladies think? Its not a long term thing, I just want immediate results to keep the motivation up. Are there any recommended fat burners that you know of? Or any alternative method that is worth a try?
