So I am a busy student and I don't have time/budget to always to eat the healthiest.... I was wondering if anyone has tried daily weight loss supplememts? and how do you find out if they work? I found this article from a website but i'm not sure if its reputable... what do you think? Any advice

Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
I wanted to know if anyone had followed similar advice from that article and if it worked.
Don't train your mind to believe that being busy excuses you from eating healthy and exercising. I've been there, busy student, working, studying, no money etc. But it can be done, and needs to be done. No pill (that is healthy for you anyway) is going to cause you to lose weight simply by taking it. If you teach yourself to take the easy/unhealthy route, it will affect the way you handle your health for the rest of your life. Now's the time to find a way to make this happen the old fashioned way, healthy eating and exercise.![]()

i am on prescription diet pills phentermine and have lost 31 lbs in less than 8 weeks but you still haev to eat good on t hem
