Currently I am on my final push for weightloss (YAY!) And at 135lbs currently, I want to get down to 115/120 in like six months tops.
What is the best combination of excersise for weightloss? I was thinking of taking up a ten week session of Bikram Hot Yoga on top of my regular gym schedule (Typically six hours a week) Would it be more beneficial to take the Yoga class, or a Zumba class, or possibly even alternate ten week sessions? I really want to drop these final punds permanently and efficiently before I make any modifications.

It's very easy to put too much emphasis on high intensity exercise and not enough emphasis on keeping your metabolism up (and burning calories) when away from the gym or studio.

At this point, if I were you, I'd really be focusing on my healthy diet and eating 5 or 6 smaller meals each day in place of three meals that most people eat. Try to include lean protein, a healthy fat and whole (high fiber) grain with each meal. As many more calories are burned away from the gym during your normal day then are burned doing an hour of yoga or zumba.

    I wish you continued success!
