Just a thought before you go for the diet pills, have you been to your Dr to have a health check? They can check your hormone levels and see whats going on, there may be a medical reason for difficulty loosing weight.
Okay, so I'm about to turn 29. I am 5" 11" and the last time I weighed myself, I was at 215 lbs. For the past 10 yrs I've been trying to lose weight. I dont know, maybe I've been doing it wrong. I would lose 5 and gain 10. The last time I lost a wonderful 20lbs and gained it all back in a month. I changed my diet. I became vegetarian. I dont use any dairy because I'm lactose intolerant and I havent had meat or fish of any kind in 4 yrs. I do calesthenics for exercise at least three times a week. So why do I keep gaining weight?
Though I was never skinny, I wasnt always fat. I was a fit, healthy, active and energetic 170 at 21.
So with the big 30 approaching,I've got to up the ante. I think I'll go mad if it hits and I'm still this way.
I need all the suggestions I can get. I know I need some kind of diet pill help. I've been reading up on these pills but I know most of them are all hype. So is there anyone out there who encountered a really good one that didnt cost an arm and a leg?
I've been reading up on Apidexin and it sounds really good. But I want to be sure before I spend any money.
Is there any one out there that had real success with it?
What was the starting weight?
What was the average weekly weight loss?
What was your exercise routine like?
How long did it take to reach your goal?
How long have you been able to keep the weight off?
And is there anyone else out there who is where I am right now.
Fed up with my fat.

Hi everyone! I am new to this site but have been following the previous thread on Apidexin for months now. I have read the good and the bad, and consulted with a doctor. It sounds like if you follow the directions thoroughly, you will see the results! I just put in an order today and should be receiving it in the next few days. I started running recently because I do not want to rely solely on a diet pill- I would like to tone as well![]()
I am planning on joining the Army next year and have about 60-70lbs to lose! So I will keep you all posted!!![]()

Hey CK,
I understand your struggle. I'm about 5'10'' and was 205. I was having a very hard time losing weight (lose 5, gain 10.. lose 10, gain 15) routine physical revealed that I had an underactive thyroid. Now, thyroid medication by no means has caused a great deal of weight loss, but after I went on a small dose of synthroid, I started seeing the results I expected with my workout routine, which was losing a pound or two a week and maintaining that with the exercise that I'm doing. I'm now down to 186 and am hoping to reach a goal of 150 within the year.
Before you take a diet pill, perhaps consider having a physical done?
I can understand the temptation of diet pills, but the concept of them makes me nervous. If I were you I'd really research the rebound, what happens when you come off of them. In my honest opinion I think it's best to keep trying new exercise and dietary approaches until you find something that works, that way the weight comes off naturally. (And stays off)
Something I've found really helpful is using either loseit or myfitnesspal to keep track of EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth. And I mean everything. What's in foods will continue to surprise you. I found out that 7 timbits have about 300 calories for example. (I was also devastated to find this out lol)
If you're having troubles losing weight it could be related to unpredictable meal times. I also found for myself when I started eating regularly and with more control it was a huge help with weight loss. Something as simple as setting an alarm to go off on your phone every 4-5 hours as a reminder to eat something healthy and keep your blood sugar even will prevent you from bingeing out of starvation and should help your metabolism stay nice and regular.
Hope that helps, please continue to keep us updated!
I recently received my shipment of Apidexin. My history is having two children under age 4. One is 3.5 and the other is 2. Six years ago, I danced, worked out, and kept in shape. I moved to a rural area and the pounds started to increase. My personal goal is to feel like I have energy and to be able to wear cute clothes again. If that means my weight is under 140, great. If it means I am around 150, fine. Right now I am at 180. In August I was 193. I started dancing again and teaching. Now I am into week three of teaching and three strict days of working on moves with the kids, I know that has contributed. I also switched jobs. My job was requiring me to order food out because of the lack of space to bring it. Not a good thing. Plus, they did not (I know, how legal is this?) give me a break during the day. My job allows me to have a break mentally and physically and the environment is supportive.
So, now that you have that, my suggestions are:
Make sure you are ready and have a supportive environment, without judgement.
If you have toxic friends always commenting on other women and men's weight, nit picking, judging, ditch them. There are plenty of friends for you to find.
Drink lots of water.
Follow the instructions and do NOT take more than it says on the bottle.
I feel:
More energy, but not in a jittery way.
Better mood- and with toddlers, wow, that is saying something.
I have the energy to clean my house longer.
I do not crave junk as much.
Have not done measurements yet, am going by feeling and how clothes are fitting. I have my measurements from my start last month, tucked away.
Will put my progress together shortly.
I also would like to say that you may read about writing down everything you eat. Unless you love diaries and journals and writing constantly, it may not work.
Not one of those people, but, if I am really, really struggling, I use an app on my phone called My Fitness Pal. A friend introduced me to it.
You put in every food, drink, exercise and it keeps track for you, helps you understand calorie deficits.
In closing, if you are diabetic, or do not know if you are, it could have something to do with the inability to lose weight. A simple test, and I know, going to the doctor takes time and money, but that sugar test can help you to know how you are going to achieve the goal once that is taken care of. I had that to fix early on, before I got to the point where I could take a pill like this. If that ends up the case, I would see what your doctor says before taking a product like this. May have adverse affects and not work with blood sugar issues.
Good luck and thanks for sharing!
Please keep us updated!
Hello All!
My shipment of Apidexin should be here today and I plan to start over the weekend. I am 40 years old, 5'8" (I don't believe I've started shrinking - darn that Today Show!!). I've never had any issues with my weight. Even after having my 3 children, thanks to breastfeeding and walking/swimming, I always dropped right back down to my usual 135-140ish. That's about where I've been since I graduated college - not too skinny and not too chunky (kinda bootylicious lol). The problem I am having is pain meds that I was taking up until about a week ago. Over the past 2 years, the meds have caused a HUGE weight gain. I'm sure the inactivity has contributed as well because I am not nearly as active as I was before. Even though I was taking tons of pain meds, I still had pain. Unfortunately, activity makes the pain worse. I am now seeing another Pain Specialist who is NOT prescription drug crazy. So I figured now is a great time to begin a weight loss program with Apidexin. I've been stalking the infamous 130+ page Apidexin thread for a few days and I finally decided to place an order. I was hoping to hold myself accountable by posting and updating on this site. I do own a scale but I rarely use it. It was pretty obvious the amount of weight I was gaining because my once very loose fitting jeans were becoming jeggings. The only reason I know my exact weight is because I just had a drs appt on Monday. I am currently 192 -_- I never, EVER imagined I would be this size. My plan is to weigh and measure once a week - and then post my updates. In addition to walking, I will be swimming again too. Its very non-impact and shouldn't cause me too much pain. Wish me luck!
Carrie-Kiki - not sure if you are still following this thread - did you purchase the Apidexin?? If so, please post.
MsVee, imo, you should also be doing yoga. it is very low impact and will help you regain lost muscle strength. i started doing yoga in january and along with healthy diet and some other exercises it has helps change the shape of my body. i cannot stress enough to you the importance of healthy eating habits. i have learned so much about proper nutrition over the past year and it has helped me tremendously. i do not agree with the med you are about to take but i know i can't stop you. but please, educate yourself on proper nutrition and healthy exercise. i have found that if you give your body what it needs, it functions properly without the aid of pills. read the fitness challenges on here. those ladies have worked hard and have had great success and have not put harmful chemicals into their bodies. and i as well know pain. i have had 3 surgerys on my feet and have had cronic back pain for some time. not only have i lost weight but my pain in my feet is gone and my back feels good most days. i have totally changed the way i live my life. i am becomming fit. so please do some research on healthy eating, proper nutrition, and good low impact exercise, and incorporate them into your lifestyle as well. you will thank yourself for it in the long run.
Cyndie I must say that I agree with you all the way. If anyone would hav asked me a few yrs ago if I would ever consider taking any type of diet pills, my answer would have been a resounding no. I've gotten so frustrated watching my weight get completely out of control. I've been a vegetarian for over 10 yrs, I don't smoke or drink so I'm definitely living a healthy lifestyle. I realize there's no quick fix or magic pill, but I was hoping for a jumpstart to lose these extra pounds and then just maintain with my continued healthy lifestyle. Your suggestion of adding yoga is an excellent one. I will absolutely do that!! Under any other circumstances, diet pills wouldn't be an option for me but I feel so helpless![]()
Great on you Msvee for making a start and setting goals for a new way of living. Good luck in your efforts. I do hope your new pain management will work for you.
As Cyndie suggests, yoga is a very good way of toning and shaping your body, although depending on what type you chose to do, you may not actually lose a lot of weight with it. But it is certainly well worth incorporating into your routine. Do you cycle? That is another low impact exercise you might like to try.
You seem to have researched the pros and cons of taking Apidexin so I guess you know the pitfalls to using artificial means to help with discipline and bad eating habits. What will happen when you stop using it? Will you have changed your habits sufficiently to keep the weight off, or will you continue as you currently are? To lose weight successfully and to actually keep it off you need to change your life style. If you find the Apidexin helps with that, that is a bonus, but in the end you need to do as Cyndie suggests and research what healthy eating is all about and follow that. There is no outside help that will work nearly as well as your own self discipline and determination.
I do wish you good luck in your efforts and hope that very quickly you will kick the drug habit - oh dear that doesn't sound too PC does it lol Any way, do keep posting with progress reports. I, for one, will be interested to hear how you get on.
