hi im new to the weigh loss scene too and what i did to start out is a lot of internet seaching lol.. i started at 185 and like u im only 22 im trying to lose 50 ive lost 10 in the past 11 days.. what i do is watch calories and exersixe everyday! i eat about 4 or 5 times a day and take in about 900 calories a day heres what my diet consists of:
breakfast 9:30am: nature vally 100% natural granola bar or weight control oatmeal or some fruit
lunch 12:00pm : a wrap (flat out is the brand less calories and less carbs) with turkey or tuna, or left overs from dinner
snack around 3 or 4pm: Fruit, gold fish, granola bar, popcorn (light salt if you need to)
dinner around 6 or 7pm: Skinless *baked* chicken with small side portion like brocolli and cheese, beef, fish.
trick is not to eat fried food drink water i drink about 8 or 9 16.9oz bottles of water through the day.
dont eat any later than 8.
instead of filling up a big dinner plate use the lil sauser plate to cut back on ur portions.
try to exercise at least 30 mins a day swimming in your case, i skate but they say any exercise is good as long as you enjoy doing it and its not a chore. as far as certain exersises to do in the pool i would google that and you will prob find a whole list.. hope this lil bit helps i know its helped me! o ps i take vitamins now everyday with breakfast an a to z vitamin and a b12 supplement its sring vally energy metabolism 1000mcg
