I would suggest that you didn't weigh yourself everyday because it is very normal to have fluctuations even although you do nothing different. Once per week is sufficient to keep a track on things. Good luck with your regime. A healthy diet and plenty of exercise are definitely the way to lose weight and keep it off.

Great job on your current weight loss. Consider checking out the Fitness Challenge thread as there is a lot of useful information in there about how to effectively lose weight. Weighing yourself daily is one of the worst things you can do. As women our weight fluctuates all the time. It will rarely EVER be the same day after day because there are so many factors: water retention, digestion, etc. It's a bad habit to get into, so correct that now or you'll drive yourself crazy. If you must, weigh in once a week.

Consider logging your food on a site like LoseIt (google it) or something similar. That is what we're doing in the Fitness Challenge thread. It has brought to light so many things to us, where we fall short, where we need to change, etc.

It's not about dieting, it's about balancd nutrition and exercise.
