I'm an inch away from getting my waist back to my high school size! I'm somewhere in-between a size 12 and 14. When my husband saw the new measurements, the first thing he commented on was the change in chest size. Lol. I had to assure him that's not the same as cup size.

I'm going for a girls night out tonight. My friend bought a haunted tour ride in a limo around town. I've never done one, but it sounds like a hoot! Lol. Then dinner afterwards. I'll have to pick out something cute to wear. I don't have any costume dress up stuff, so not sure if I'll be able to pull anything together, but I'll see what I can do. That'll be a fun reward for the awesome results.

Wow! First, the tour wasn't in a limo, but a herse! Fun! We started out at the Driskill hotel. I've lived here all my life and had never been in there. I spent a year going downtown two or three times a week and never even knew what I was missing. Lol. Google the history on this place. It's pretty awesome. We met up there and took our own little peek around before our tour guy got with us. As soon as I stepped in I had this lucid trippie feeling, almost like I was on shrooms. Lol. I don't know if it was the lighting, or decor, or if it was just the energy of the hotel, but it was interesting. I wouldn't have been surprised if blood had poured out of the elevator. Redrum! We went by the UT tower, of course. I already knew the history on that. Both my parents are Texas exes so I knew about it being closed because of the Whitman shooting, reopened, and then closed again because students were jumping. Apparently it open again, but plexy glassed off. The only times I got goose bumps was stopping at Shoal Creek and at a diner called the clay pit. They still had thick chain rings in the ceiling of the basement where they chained slaves.

We got plenty of walking around done. I'm beat! It's way past my bedtime, so I'll check in with you ladies in the morning. I'm going to be dragging butt for basketball. Lol. Goodnight

Whoop de do! You guys are doing so great. That is such committment and determination on your parts. Hugs and kisses all round.

You must be especially proud of yourself Cheyenne to get down past what you had set yourself. Keep it up, you will soon be even trimmer and more beautiful than ever! And Cyndie and Crystal, what absolutely superb reasults. I'm stoked. I bet you must be even more so. Did you expect to lose BD? You will truly look a picture.

I haven't been trying, or wanting to lose weight or centimetres, but I have a little. I think I will have to adjust what I eat upwards. When I began exercising madly I didn't actually eat any more - silly me, so no wonder I have lost some.

Chest and waist stay the same at 86cm and 73cms respectively but I have lost 5cms around my hips. Down from 92cms to 87cms.Now that could well be the way I measured myself so I'm not going to fret about that. I have also lost almost 1kg in weight. No more!!!

Tonight I managed to get a brisk hill walk in for nearly an hour, so good cardio and then did my Challenge exercises. I do weights on non consecutive days so today was my day off of those and I did my lunges without them. I also did an easier version of pushups. I'm still pretty new to all this resistance stuff and don't want to stress my muscles with overwork. I like giving them at least a day to recover, or more if I have been extra vigorous. Tomorrow I have golf, weather permitting.

Golf in New Zealand is an easily accessable sport and very affordable, not like some places in the world where I know it is horrendously expensive. Most towns have small 9 hole courses around the country and membership is only a matter of a few dollars, so it makes it ideal for retirees on a pension. Makes a walk that little bit more interesting lol.

On one of my yoga DVDs the instructor finishes with "Remember, nothing is too good for you" I like that. We are worth everything. Keep up the brilliant work and good luck all as we head into Challenge 111

I should have posted my numbers in inches and pounds as well. Anyway, chest and waist remain at 34 and 29inches respectively and my hips are down from 36inches to 34.2inches. Weight as of a week and a bit ago is down from 132lbs to 130lbs.

I have a couple of pretty thin friends, both of whom have very little booties - ugh!! and I don't want to be like that. I like gentle curves. Nothing quite as extreme as Kim Kardashian but certainly a lot more than Ange Jollie!lol

Snooks - My weight loss expectations are minimal, because I'm really at an ideal weight for myself. BUT, I did feel like my hip measurements were a bit disproportionate, so I'd like to get those down to 36.
