Sounds as though everyone is revved up and ready to go!
As far as walking goes, I can't always get out because I'm confined to our business all day and evening often, but I do do my own form of circuit training I picked up from gym sessions and the nett. I fair puff at that so I hope that counts instead of walking when that isn't an option for me?

My total calories burned for the day were 1469! This yard work thing is tearing me up. Lol. I should post a picture of my arms! I look like I fell out of a tree instead of cut some down! Technically the tree was doing the falling, but same results. I haven't firgured out where to stand, or make the cut right, or get out of the way fast enough. Lol. I got hit in the face by a big branch today, right in the nose. I'm glad my face doesn't bruise easy.

I made it to the track for my run, but right when I was finishing my warm up lap, I realized I wore the wrong shoes. I can't run in my shape-ups. It would end badly if I turned my ankle even a little. The universe knew my muscles needed a break. I walked for 40 minutes adding 3 trips up the hill with lunges.

I still need to do my pushups, but I can knock them out on my way to bed. I have to be careful with them. When I was younger I thought it was funny that I could almost pop my shoulder out of socket. I know, yuck. It would be right on the edge and I'd straighten my arm and it would pop back in. After awhile I realized I was damaging my shoulder. I couldn't throw my half court basketball shot, and a lot of excersizes would start to hurt (like push ups), if I do too many. Mostly, they just mess with my back, but I'll do them on my knees.

I did random sets of kegels throughout the day. I didn't time it, but I'm pretty sure it would add up to at least 5 minutes if not more.

Well, I think that's it for me. Got another day of yardwork tomorrow. Yay

Wow, Cheynne, anyone who can even do a couple of regular pushups has my admiration! Well done girl. I can only manage modified.
Fancy your grown up son wanting his Mum as a dance partner Cyndie. That is soooo sweet.
CB I simply don't know how you keep going! You are truly amazing the energy you seem to have. I'd be dead in half the time of doing all that you do - and regular exercise as well!! I am speechless.
Today I did 1hr of Tai Chi, 20mins yoga and 30mins on my exercycle at a pretty good rate of knots. That burnt up 449cals. As well as that I clocked up just over 10 000 steps with just walking around our business and home. Oh I did my prescribed exercises too.
Fibre was 32.3, protein 74.5, cals 1666 but with exercise I was under budget by 421, so not too bad a beginning.
I love wearing a pedometer and keeping track of my steps and like to record between 7000 and at least 10000 per day if possible. I think that is pretty active, but a lot of it is just backwards and forwards for small distances except when I venture out for a decent walk. Maybe some of you guys might like to try one out? I would be interested to see what others do in an average day.

Lol Snooks, it's not that I can actually do them perfectly, but I can get in the position and then go down half an inch or something, but if I block everything else, I can usually do one. I still hate them though.
My calories for the day were 1,195 and I was 94 calories under budget. My fiber was 17.8g and my protein was 35.6g. It's not great for my fiber, but it's improving!
My exercise was around 22 minutes, not exactly 30. I did random kegals throughout the day, and alltogteher it should add up to 5mins. I didn't do my push-ups...I compelety forgot about them!! I tried to do 30 mins of cardio, but I got a little off and my throat started hurting again so I stopped early.
But tonight, I'm going to try and do 10mins of boxing and then run and walk for a little bit. I have P.E. today (or so I should), so I'll try and do my push-ups there, since we're supposed to do 25. And I'm going to try and do a little bit of kegals in every class and then finish them at home.
    I hate Wendsday....

Whew...rough night last night for me ladies, today will be my day 1. I don't know what was wrong with me but by the end of the day I felt awful both physically and emotionally and really it was all I could do to get up to use the restroom. I went to bed really early and so far so good today.

Great job on day 1!! Let's be sure NOT to forget to add in the extra exercises: kegels and pushups. This is super duper important because each week, we're going to add something small to that. So if you're not doing your pushups now, then next week when you've got pushups AND something else you'll be way behind. So, let's knock it out today!!

With day 1 looking as awesome as it did for you all, I'm feeling VERY confident about this challenge.

today is going to be a bad day for the exercise. after work i am going to the salon to get my hair, nails, and brows done. i will go there right after work and probably not get done till 7:30 or 8. then i have to go pick up my son and take him to the atm so he can pay me back the 50 he owes me. and i have to get dinner in there somewhere. so it will be a late nite again tomorrow. work hard to stay on track today. lets make this a great day 2. hey bd, what about weighing ourselves? still a restriction on that?

I think weighing daily is unhealthy for the mind. Causes some of us to fixate on a number, not a feeling, etc. IF you're the type of person who can weigh now and then and not obsess over doing it daily and let that number determine what kind of day you're going to have, then feel free to weigh yourself when you want to during FCII. If you find yourself falling into that "must weight myself every day" mode and then "I gained a pound since yesterday, HOW DID THIS HAPPEN!?!?!", then stop.

I'm back at my dad's again for more yardwork. I've got a few (hundred) limbs to cut up and then I've gotta take a break from the saw. I almost wish I had some power tools to work with. I'd rather have achy muscles and sore hands then missing limbs or digits though. Lol. After I finish trimming, I just got the weeds to clear out. Hopefully I can finish today. Gotta work fast if I'm gonna do it.
