    Default DAY 1- 1000 calories and exercising...

    Ok so today starts day one of my major weight loss plan.. I'm trying to lose 60lbs. I know it's gonna be hard, but I plan to get it done! I'm getting married April 28, 2012 and I must be skinner!! I'm doing ok so far. The hardest thing is going to be not eating chocolate! That's my weakness.. I'm already craving it.. I usually don't go a day without it!! I could use anyone's help or opinions on this..

    You may want to consider joining the Fitness Challenge that BD has going on right now. They are all posting about their days and giving each other support. It's an excellent thread. It will be easier for everyone to follow up, rather than you starting a new thread everyday.
