I do not mind weight watchers food for sale, it's concentration though is more on lower fat content in my opinion and you can't lose weight either just by diet alone, there has to be exercise and water intake.
Preferably for me, fresh foods are the best do you want to tell us your basic meal intakes say over a 3 day period, we can work with you on natural food supliments that you can try first if you like.
