Edit For Post Before This One: 323 should say 233
WOW! Amazing! What have you been doing that works so far? Seems like you got it down.
The food you eat as you've posted on here don't seem that healthy (holistic to me - no offense meant). Do you workout regularly? Are you using some food replacement shakes, etc?
Reminder though, no outbound linking.

Keep going! You will get results!
Great job!!! What are you doing to achieve your results?

Whew I dropped off the face of the earth for a little bit. I had gotten down to 214 by Thanksgiving, but after the holiday I fell off the band wagon and gained about 10lbs back, but now I'm back down to 216.Sometimes I might replace lunch or dinner with a Special K Protein Shake (depends on if I'm really hungry or only a little hungry). And I do munch through out the day, but it's been low calorie things, like the 100 calorie snack packs. I work out 3 - 5 days a week, but it varies. I've had class on M & W nights, and during the day I work from 7am - 2:30pm. And I work on Sunday nights so I'll either go during the day then, or I won't go at all. But my finals for class are coming up soon, so I will be back on a flip flop of night/day work schedule which will mess with my dieting again. But hopefully I can keep this up! If I keep at losing 10lbs a month, then I'll be down to my temporary goal of 165 by April or May, and then I can start my enlistment process!
Yes, I'm enlisting in the military. I'm going Air Force with my husband, and I'm hoping that after Tech School they will station me back here at Incirlik.
That's great news, dear! Your achievements encourage me to keep going. Keep it up.
