Thread: Help!! Can't loose weight!!!!

    If I remember correctly, if you netted -1761 calories then that means you shorted yourself a significant number of calories. Are you sure that's correct?

    I was having the same problem, and it was so frustrating. I was working out and hour or two a day, eating clean, and still didn't see the scale budge. My metabolism was screwed. I would adjust my calories over and over, and still nothing... now in the last three months I lost 25lbs, and feel so amazing!!!! Of course I still workout two times a day, and eat well, but I now get the best and easiest nutrition. And those calorie counting websites are great!!! I love using those along with a food journal. If you're interested let me know, I can give you lots of tips and show you how I changed everything : ) I also like giving people my personal workout schedules, because I focus a lot on building lean muscle along with cardio, you just get so much better of results!

    I logged everything I ate very close to exactly, and my activity. I did yoga, and zumba class yesterday, along with shopped and running errands. There could be a margin for error for sure, but I still agree, I could be eating more calories. I logged a total of 1,100 calories yesterday. But I started out eating more calories months ago, and since I wasn't loosing weight, kept cutting back thinking I am eating too much to loose weight. Now, yesterday isn't like everyday, sometimes I eat more junk or excercize less. But in any case, I should be loosing weight I think. I think for whatever reason my metabolism is messed up, but I need to fix it. There has to be a way to loose weight for me.
