I was having the same problem, and it was so frustrating. I was working out and hour or two a day, eating clean, and still didn't see the scale budge. My metabolism was screwed. I would adjust my calories over and over, and still nothing... now in the last three months I lost 25lbs, and feel so amazing!!!! Of course I still workout two times a day, and eat well, but I now get the best and easiest nutrition. And those calorie counting websites are great!!! I love using those along with a food journal. If you're interested let me know, I can give you lots of tips and show you how I changed everything : ) I also like giving people my personal workout schedules, because I focus a lot on building lean muscle along with cardio, you just get so much better of results!
