hey not sure if you guys will be still checking this thread but wanted to share. i got that game i was talking about today from my friend ( just dance for the wii) and LOVE it lol i did 8 songs/dances witch was for about 25 minutes and sweated buckets lol. it was fun and felt great i'm so looking forwart to later tonight when i'm gonna do it again lol. just had to share, i think i'm gonna have to invest in all three games so i have lots of songs to choose from. i burned 358 calories doing that witch worked off the second tim hortons coffee i drank today still only had two coffee's but there is more calories in a tim hortons coffee due to the cream instead of milk lol so usually i only have one but today i was out with my friend and she wanted a second cup on the way home and bought me one too. (i couldn't say no lol) Anyways just had to share.

I've been checking a little, just not a lot today.

Yay!!!! Lol, if you're sweating buckets that quickly it must be a good workout! That many calories in only 25 minutes???????? Holy cow!! Tim Hortons coffee? I've never heard of that....but I like coffee, lol. I can't say no, either, so don't feel bad! Lol.

tim hortons is a coffee chain in the united states as well. i my little town there are three tim hortons. i personally don't like to pay those big bucks for coffee. i drink my coffee at home and then i can use milk for my cream. i am not saying that tim hortons coffee is not truely wonderful!!!! i am just a tight wad! lol. all right gibs, way to find something that you enjoy for exercise. i love to dance as well. wish i had a weeeee so i could try it out. always looking for something fun that i can do with bad knees, ankles, back, and feet. thats pretty much why i stick to walking. gonna go thru my closets and drawers today. that is my project. pack up my size 14, 12, and 10's and wash and fold and organize the new size 8s and mediums in my drawers. loved the ebay shopping spree. my new clothes make me feel amazing. i still have a way to go with the shaping of my body but i certainly have come a long way. went from a 38dd to a 36d! nice!!! just wish i could lose that belly, extra skin, thingy i have. with time im sure. have a great day y'aLL and happy new year!

I'm so happy i found this game you should get a wii Cyndie there really fun and get you up and moving.and i love the dance game but would never do it in front of anyone lolol. i'm not very co-ordanated but it is totally fun. And ya i don't buy tim horton's coffee all that often but once in a while it's good. usually i just stick to my home made stuff with 1 percent milk.

Way to go Cyndie on being able to put away all the bigger sizes that's great. bet it feels nice to get the smaller sizes eh.

Wanted to also wish everyone a safe and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

i did a lot of thinking yesterday. that happens i guess when you put away a big portion of your old life. as i folded all my size 12 and 14's and put them in storage bags i looked back on my weight loss journey. i can't believe how my weight issue had just snuck up on me. i had not even realized i was becoming over weight until i seen my wedding picture in april of 2009. it was a life changing moment, my wedding, in more ways than one. i married the most wonderful man and i realized that we were both on a path to distruction if we did not change our lifestyle. anyway... enough of that.... it felt amazing to get all my new clothes cleaned and put in my drawers and closet. it was the reward to myself. i have worked hard but i am not done yet. i need to continue. that is my new years resolution. i am reaffirming my commitment. i did not quite make the bikini by christmas (that was last years new years resolution). so that is my resolution. i want to be bikini ready by summer. to do that, i need to tone my muscles. i am going continute with my cardio at least 5 times a week for 30 minutes and i am going to add a 15 minute daily muscle toning workout. so bring on the next challenge. i am ready to start the new year with a new and refreshed attitude. happy, positive and commited to changing my life one month at a time. see y'all soon. happy new year.

I've only known you a short time Cyndie but i'm proud of you i plan to sit down sometime today and make myself a goal list. of both short like monthly and mid like every 3 months and then 6-months and then next year. there not all going to be number goals i'd like to change my exercise habbits and my eating habbits also. so i figure that if i sit down and write them down than i have no excuses i have hard proof of what i said i wanted and something to look at as a visual reminder. Can`t wait for the next challenge eather
