Great job Aeryn! What kind of workout did you do?

I'm home! I was on the road most of the day yesterday and a lot of places in Il are country roads that don't have WI-FI so it was a little difficult to get on. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to start logging again. I'm going to try today, but we're going to be busy so I don't know if I'll have time. But I'm going to try!

Has Crystal still not shown up?!

Hey Cyndie, sorry i haven't been here the last few days, things here have been going horrable. my pc hardrive has died, my hubby is fighting with his work, he's been off work for a year and a half now with back injery/ depression anxiety and we have had no income from them so we have had to go on welfare witch i'm gratefull that it's there to help but it is not enough to actually cover all of our bills. so now i've had to choose between weather we are going to keep the tv or the phone and internet. not a fun choice to have to make, life really sucks right now. i can't even think of christmas coming with out getting all stressed and sad as we have no money to do anything this year. anyways all in all the last few days have been good for me calorie wise but haven't done anything exersize wise. i think i have found a solution to my phone internet issue as i've found a company that is about half the cost of what i'm currently paying so i'm going to call them tomorow and switch companys and then hopefully i can relax and focus on exercise more. if i dissapear for a bit i hope to be back soon. sorry i can't contribute more though.

I have read your posts cyndie and you are doing great keep up the good work.

Yeah, I'm ok. I'm a little stressed out and I could probably do with staying home another day or so and sleeping but, I can't really miss any more days right now.

Gibson, I'm so sorry about that! Especially with the holidays coming up in a few weeks! Can you switch your phone/internet/TV into all one thing? Like one of the cell phone companies does and have it all on one bill? If you do leave for a while, we'll all understand.

It's so quiet! It doesn't really seem like a fitness challenge anymore...

thanks for your concern Cheyenne, i'm hopeing life straighten's out soon for us not sure how much more stress i can handle, and i'm a stress eater, i should add that i've been handling it much better than in the past but it makes it really hard to stay on track. yesterday my calories were pretty good, again i didn't work out, but i did do the laundry so was up and down the stairs a bunch of times, so i moved a little bit but nothing major. but yesterday was actually nice, it was sunday so i couldn't deal with anything (phone internet wise) so i got up later than usual around 8:30ish, and then i made my self a cup of camamil/citris tea, and i climbed into the spare bed with my book and spent the morning reading and sipping tea. it was soooooooo nice for a change. i haven't done that in ages i can't even remember when was the last time. As for my phone internet problem, i'm going to switch companys. currently i pay around 150 a month for both phone and cable pluss an other 80 for my two cell phones. and yes they are all on one bill, so that's a wopping 230 for all three well i found a company that it's only gonna cost me 50 for the phone and internet so that will be much nicer. Anyways this week is a 7-3 week with the kids, so everyone is gone home by 4 at the latest so i'm hoping to get more walking in this week. if the weather holds out that is. it has been beauitful here lately considering it's december and we can still see grass lol. normally we are weaste deep in snow by now. this is so much nicer

anyways hope everyone is doing well in this challenge, and yes cheyenne i agree it doesn't seem much like a challenge when there isn't to many posting, i will try to contribute more (unless i loose my internet) Have a super awsome day everyone.

I hope it does too Gibson. If you're a stress eater, try putting the sweets (if you have any) up in high places or have your husband hide them that way they won't be in easy reach. And if that doesn't work, chew gum! I love gum! lol, but it really does help if you tend to eat when stressed or like me, a bored eater.
At least you were able to find a new company! What type of TV service do you use? Do you use dish, Directv?
Sitting in bed reading and sipping tea....so realxing!!! That sounds like a lovely morning!!

*hugs Cyndie* I'm sorry that he has to go away so soon!!! And you won't get to see him again until after the holidays. *hugs* I hope you guys have a wonderful time before he leaves again.

well we went to the movies last nite and watched immortal. it was so nice spending some one on one time with him before he leaves. he will be gone today before i get out of work. thanks for the hugs ladies! sure was nice to see a friendly word last nite when i got home.

i agree with you on the gum chey. if i have a craving that just won't go away, a piece of gum usually does the trick.

i did good yesterday. my calories was 1145 and i burnt 214 calories with exercise which put me 269 calories underbudget! i did drink 8 cups of water as well. for exercise, i walked for an hour and did 2 sets of sit ups, pushups, lunges, and mule kicks.

so i am going to stand most of the day today and i am gonna work out hard tonite. it will help me keep my mind busy for the evening. yall have a wonderful day. chat at ya later

Hey everyone. So ya i totally don't keep sweets and stuff like that in the house any more than i have to. i'm not a sweets fan i'm a salt person so chips are my weekness witch unfortunatly gum doesn't always help with, but i still do chew gum to help with the cravings and i try to drink more water when i'm really craving something and i usually try to get up and go "do" something to help distract myself, but when life is so stressfull it's hard some days to remind myself that i need to care enough to fight the craving. i do find posting here helps though. So on to my day. Today my calorie counts were as follows..... intake 1771 output was 3324 and my net was -1553, i didn't exersice exactly but i did put our christmas tree up today with 3 small children lol, as well as i took them all outside to run around, and i swept the floors after the tree was done as it was a mess, thankfully not carpet so only took a minute to do and the one year old i have wasn't crying the whole time. (he's terrified of the vaccume cleaner) So ya that was my day.

What is everyone here eating for breakfast these days? i'm so tired of oatmeal, i don't think most cold cerials are that great for you and most have added sugar so it's hard to find one's that are healthy, i've been making oatmeal banana muffins the last little while but now i'm tired of them too lol. i'm looking for any other suggestions?
