    Exclamation Tummy crisis!

Heya everybody, I had my first baby 2 weeks ago.
I have a thin frame and I was so pregnant with this baby that even in my last few weeks I already had a pouch of loose skin on the bottom side of my belly. I've been doing pretty good with the weight loss part since I'm breast feeding. But now that my baby is out here, that pouch of loose skin has taken over my abdominal area soo... I'm looking for any advice, tips, pointers as to getting my tummy back to normal and if it's not too much to ask for, something about getting rid of stretch marks too!

Thank you so much in advance!

building strength in your core works wonders on tightening the tummy. but don't be to hard on yourself. it has only been two weeks. your stomach muscles have been stretched and so has your skin. that takes time to heal. as for stretch marks, i use vitimin e oil. it is good for any scar. a plastic surgion told me that vitimin e helps rejuvinate new healthy skin growth. i used it on my scars from the car accident and it worked wonders. so i tried it on my stretch marks and got great results. cocoa butter is also said to help. good luck!
