You could try upping your protein and fibre while lowering some of your overall calories perhaps. The protein will give you energy and help sustain muscle growth so that having fewer calories won't effect your stamina levels. The recommended protein intake is around 60gms per day so try doubling that and see what happens. If you are unsure of protein levels etc try a calorie count website, they have all that info there.
