    i know this is going to sound crazy but, drink more water! your body retains water because it needs it. so give it what it needs and the water retention will go away. also try to limit your msg and salt intake.

    Yes, thats what I am trying....taking a lot of water, but still feeling bloated..lets see

    Reduce the salt in your diet as well. High sodium levels in the body isanother reason why we can retain water and is a very common cause. Pay careful attention to how much sodium is in your diet (you might be surprised, there seems to be salt in EVERYTHING, particularly if it is a processed food), and try to reduce it to around 2000mg a day (more if you're young and healthy, less if you're over 50 or have blood pressure problems).
