One week isn't long enough to see any results. Like Holly said, it might take three weeks to see results, or longer. With your daily diet and exercise, is that your daily routine? If it is, you're not going to see any results. It's good that you're eating healthy and exercising, but once your body gets into a routine of that, nothing will happen. Do you log your calories? That helps an enourmous amount. You're not doing anything wrong. I would just recommend changing up your diet and exercise and give it a few weeks to see results. Good luck, sweetie.

sania, watch out for those noodles. Are they whole grain? If not, get some - or switch the noodles you eat to brown rice, or even better - to Quinoa. It will give you the carbs you want, but much more nutrition than the noodles will, your digestive system will thank you.
What kind of cereal do you eat in the morning? Typically cereals (except for a select few) are loaded with unneccessary sugar, which is bad for your body, and can do harm to your bloodsugar/metabolism, throwing off your whole day.
As the others have said, 1 week of eating healthy and exercising is not a lot of time to be seeing results.
The basis of a good diet to eat, is to keep things fresh, stay away from fatty foods and processed foods and instead eat very nutritious items. For breakfast, try to get a balance of protein and fiber - so things like egg whites, poultry, fish, or low fat cheese and whole grains like oatmeal, brown rice, whole grain toast, etc. Add some veggies or fresh fruit too, if you would like. Lunch should be a serving of protein again, with lots and lots of fresh veggies. And dinner should be the same. If you find yourself hungry between meals, have a small snack of fresh vegetables or a piece of fruit.
The tea you are drinking is fine, but make sure you're drinking plenty of water as well, around 8 cups of water a day in addition to the tea is what you're body will need.
The time of your exercise does not matter, the most important thing is that you are going on that treadmill every day, and walking fast enough that your heart is beating fast, and you're breathing harder. You may also want to do other things than only using the treadmill, do some push ups or sit ups, if you can grab some weights and do a bit of lifting once or twice a week. If you can, try to eat a little snack right after you exercise - preferably something protein, so a bit of low fat cheese or a small handful of nuts would be good for you, but it isn't absolutely necessary.

I seriously think you need to eat something better then that.. the past couple of week my diet has consist of
Breakfast : On the go.... so i bring Honey nut cherrios
lunch: weight water meals.. under 400 calories
dinner: Grilled chicken, 200 soup
Snacks during the day
i like to have yougart.. If you go out during the day and you are hungry.. and u need to get something easy on the go
i like to go to wendys and get the Crispy chicken sandwich off the 99cent menu.. 2 is the MAX!
or mcdonalds Ranch Chrispy wraps and they usually run 1.49 Max 2..
If u like smoothies..
Mcdonalds does a small med large smoothies..
small smoothie calories are around 210 and they are delish..
i belive the meds are around 3 something
But really count calories..
Heres a website that i have been using i am on it everyday they also have a forum you can ask questions just like this but everyone is on there to support you and everyone shares recipes and just helps you out.. its called Loseit.com type in some of your info like how much you weigh now much u want to be.. how tall you are.. and just type in everything you eat..
make sure u work out.. If u are not sweating you arnt burning enough..
also dont eat past a certain time of the day.. and with this you are alloud to drink as much water and zero calorie soda if you need 2.
Well i hope this helps and i hope you try the website. it has help me drop 22 pounds.

sania, I can't say that I agree with college chick's advice to you., I'm happy that her plan is working for weight loss, but the food being consumed is junk, and bad for a person's body in that it has VERY little nutrition that our bodies need.
For example, there are 44 grams of sugar in a small smoothie from McDonalds and only 2 grams of fiber. Worse yet are the chicken sandwiches from Wendy's. One of those is 380 calories and 880 mg of sodium, and don't forget the saturated fats. If you're eating 2 like colleged mentioned, that's 760 calories out of your day right there, and 1760mg of sodium. The average person should only have 1500-2000mg of sodium per day, with 2 of those sandwiches you've just eaten your entire sodium intake for the day in snacks alone. And the snack wrap from McDs? 260 calories -a 3rd of those calories are FAT, including more saturated fat and 800 mg of sodium.
These may work in your diet as far as "low calorie" goes, but these are NOT healthy options.
The basis to any healthy meal where you will lose weight, keep it off, and above all be healthy is to balance your diet around lots and lots of vegetables and fruit (REAL fresh produce, nothing that has been processed), lean meats, and whole grains.

I second KMonte85 - you DO NOT want to eat at McDonalds, neither Wendy's. Avoid the crispy chicken - this is nothing but a deep fryed wrap of calories that are bad not only for your waist but for your heart too.
Make yourself a salad with a home grilled chicken breast, or if it’s inconvenient for you simply put together a sandwich from wholegrain bread with couple of slices of ham, tomato, avocado and some crambled blue or feta cheese. Don’t eat granola bars or cereal for a snack, get an apple, celery sticks, carrots, almonds. There are plenty of ideas, and you only need to google it find tons, but please, please don’t go eat at McDonalds, for your health sake
If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re probably right”
