    I have noticed that I have gained some weight over the past couple months and is there any simple ways that i can loss weight as fast as possible? I want to purchase a crazy fit full body vibration plate, have anyone ever used it? Does it work?

    Any weight you lose quickly will be water weight, and that can be back in a short period of time. So really there is no way to quickly lose weight, it takes a lot of time and a lot of dedication and hard work to lose weight. There is no method or formula to target a specific spot for absolute weight loss, there is no pill, there is no combination of meals a day or particular bought exercise routine. It is all geared to the individual and you will need to find out what works best for your diet and body.
    There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

    I wanted to add that stress and obsessing over fast weight loss was a huge detriment to me.

    I lost weight successfully when I didn't stress about it. When I didn't try to "rush things." When we get stressed, we tend to sabotage our weight plan without realizing it. Simply feeling good about eating well and taking care of yourself got me results.

    Being physically fit and healthy won't come overnight. Often times, those looking for a quick and easy way, end up on terribly unhealthy diet pills or ridiculous diets which result in quick water weight loss, following by a slowing down of the metabolism which will later result in even more weight gain than before. There is only ONE way to effectively lose weight and keep it off and that is a balanced healthy diet and regular exercise.
