I need some advice... inspiration moreso. I know I know, many people get saggy belly after a baby... much less 2. But mine isn't severe, and I'm hoping that someone can give me hope and tell me that my tummy can be firm again without surgery. So many people say that a tummy tuck is the only choice- sorry, but I don't have that kind of free cash. Anyone on here with a similar situation or bounced back from it? I've been sorta slacking off lately- my youngest is 2!

OMG look at your figure, look at the fact you can wear those knickers Seriously tummy tuck?

Get motivated woman you can rule the world with a body like that and do your crunches daily, every day.

You had a C section? The scare will remain but you can easily tone that.

Echoing what CW said. You've got a rockin body. All you need to do now is get into a regular fitness regimen and balanced healthy nutrition and you will be back to pre-baby body or even BETTER in no time. It won't come without work, but what does? Get into a 4 day a week cardio routine (at least 30-45 minutes at a time) paired with some strength training (weight machines, free weights, etc). Steer clear of sugary foods, white bread, and foods high in saturated fats. Incorporate some healthy monounsaturated fats (almonds, avocado, dark chocolate etc. Google search to find more) into your diet. Increase your water, drink drink drink. Be SURE you're getting at least 30 grams of fiber per day and 40-50 grams of protein.

Get a good moisturizer and rub on your stomach daily to keep the skin moisturized and help elasticity.
