One egg with or without the yolk is not going to matter much to your overall weight loss. Also, a slice of bread, so long as it is whole grain like the bran bread you're eating, is fine. You don't want to eat too much, typically eggs should be kept to 1 or 2 a day as your source of protein for a meal. And bread should be kept to about 1 or 2 slices a day as well.

Focus less on the bread and the eggs, and more on your vegetables. Veggies are going to be your super food for meeting your weight loss goals. Try to eat a serving of veggies at least 4 times every day, or even more if you can! They are loaded with vitamins, and are very filling and very low calorie if you don't smother them with butter or other fatty dressings!

And make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water!

What are you eating for dinner now?

Your best bet is to eat a serving of lean meat like fish or poultry, 1 or 2 servings of vegetables (whichever you like), and perhaps a 1/2 serving of a whole grain like whole grain pasta, brown rice, quinoa, a potato, or couscous. If you are still hungry, add more fruits of vegetables.

You don't necessarily HAVE to eat this way. The key is to balance your food so that throughout the day you're giving your body nutritious and filling items. This will keep your metabolism high and you keep your energy level up. So if you're a person who likes to eat a little throughout the day, do so. If you're a person that likes to eat a bigger breakfast and smaller dinner, then do so. Just make sure at the end of the day, you're not over or under eating, and the foods you choose are good for you.

sania, the chances that you will lose over 20 pounds in 2 months is pretty slim. That is a very difficult task to do, and a person who isn't terribly overweight to begin with will most likely not be able to lose that much weight that quickly in any healthy way. You would be less frustrated with your progress if you give your body some more time to drop the weight, cut your 2 month goal weight loss in half (to 11 lbs) and that is a challenging, but attainable, goal.

walking most likely will not be enough for you. You should be doing a mixture of cardiovascular exercise and weight training, 5-6 days a week. Walking is good exercise, but it isn't intense enough for your aggressive weight loss goal. Do some jogging mixed with sprints, and 2 days a week start lifting weights.

Hey saniahere, I think I just answer your question in another post, but here it is again - if you want to lose weight stay away from the foods with beige color - bread, rice, pasta. They give you lots of carbs and not enough protein or fibre. You need to seek the precence of more vegitables in your daily menu - fresh salads, or steam veggies, or just raw ones as a snack. The less cooked your food is - the better.

Also, you have to set yourself a realistic goal - we can't just lose in 2 months weight that we've been gaining for years! It doesn't work this way, unless you get the help of a specially designed supplements. I was able to lose 14lbs in 2 months a little while ago, but it took a complete change of the way I was eating and getting rid of some bad habits.
If you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re probably right”
