Okay, so I've always been a huge Oprah fan and have found that typically most things she discusses are true...especially when it comes to weight loss. Let's face it...she's done ups and downs with her weight most of her life.
Today's episode had Dr. Oz, one of two doctors she's had on her show a few times. He and this other doctor co-wrote a book called You: On a Diet. I've read some reviews I found just by google searching and have seen some positive feedback on the progam to include a realistic and healthy lifestyle change. Supposedly teaches you how you really should eat as a normal human being...not how we eat in this day in age. I've attached the link below and was curious if anyone on here as tried it???
