    Thats great to know you breastfed all of them! I decided i wanted to do this from the very beginning when i found out that im pregnant and i got excited to learn that for some it helped shed some pounds. I do plan to workout but not as intensely as before, i wont have the time to go to the gym like before but i do own a treadmill and workout dvds so im gunna use that.
    I want to eventually go on a diet but i dont want it to affect my milk supply, i have read that you can safely lose one pound a week while breastfeeding after 2months of having the baby.

    I breast fed both of my boys and with the first one, I got down to my prepregnant weight in just 6 weeks and I had gained 36 pounds! With the second, same thing, except by then my pre pregnant weight was 130 and I only gained 27 lbs. It helped me initially, but it only lasts for so long and if you continue to eat over what you should, you'll keep gaining. And breast feeding is the best thing for you and the baby!!

    I have 3 kids and I breastfeed every one of them for 12months. Not only is breast the best for their health it also is for you. I gained a total of 190lbs being pregnate!!! WOW HU. And after each one I lost the weightt. I could not have done it if I did not breastfeed and eat right along with the occacional day of exercise.
