what are you doing currently to try to lose the weight? What are you eating/drinking and how much? What is your activity level and what sort of phyiscal activity do you do, how much, for how long?

Are you overweight by 5-10 lbs and need to lose the weight or are you at a healthy weight currently?

Thanks for the reply! I am within my normal weight range but on the higher end. I'm 5'7 and 155 lbs. I could probably up my exercise and am trying to work on that. I am just starting to count calories exactly to make sure I'm not eating more then I realize. I finally lost 1 pound and now am 154. I swear that was the hardest pound I have ever lost, lol. I was just frustrated because I was eating healthy and my weight didn't seem to be going down at all. I'm thinking I might have just been off to a slow start. If by drinking you mean alcohol, I don't drink when I'm trying to lose weight. Otherwise, it's about 2-4 alcohol drinks a month. I will admit my biggest hurdle right now is committing to a workout routine. I use to do workout classes with family/friends but now my location and schedule doesn't really allow for that. I find it extremely difficult to workout on my own.

Well, I think you have already answered your question then! try counting your calories, and not JUST counting your calories, but trying to make sure that what you eat is the most nutritionally dense items you can... lean proteins, complex carbs, and lots and lots of fresh produce!

And get out there and start exercising!

I bet if you focus on these two things, you'll start to see a difference
