Default Im only 16 but need help!

Im only 16 but im really unhappy about my weight, i have tried just cutting down on things but its so difficult. Is there any way of sticking to it? i need some advice!

Can you tell us a bit about you? How much do you weigh? How tall are you, what is your body type? What is your diet like and how much activity do you get daily?

You may just need to make some minor changes.

Yes a little more info about yourself would help us possibly help you with some advice. I know some teenage girls like to think that they are overweight or "fat" when really they are not, so what is your current weight and height?

Im 5"1' just, i think i weigh about 9 stone. i dont know what that is in pounds. I dont get a lot of activity dueing the day, possibly some at weekends.

How many kg is that?
What is your diet like on a typical day?
Can you be more specific about your activity level?

Hmm i really dont know what it is in kg......ok i get pretty much no excise im thinking that this is my main problem but i dont find the time to do it...i dont eat badly from what i think, i do snack occationally but i dont over eat

It's more what you eat than how much you eat.

You weight sounds good for your height actually... I wouldn't suggest losing or gaining weight. :P

9 Stone is about 57kg or 126p

Running your height and weight through a bmi calculator suggests that your weight is normal for your height. So I would have to go with the opinion that you should neither lose not gain weight, you're fine.

Also don't succumb to 'thinspiration' it is not healthy to be that thin.
