Hello!
I give you High fives for doing a cleanse. Most poeple find out what it takes and immediately say "NO WAY"...I deal in nutrition alot, and I can tell you that the cleanse is one of the best ways to get toxins out of your system. It is tough to do but well worth the effort. Follow what your product suggests as best as you can. The most important thing is to not eat ANYTHING that is pre-packaged or processed. Stay with vegi's, broths, even make your own "v-8" type drink with the juice left from the vegi's you steam. Stay away from grains as much as possible. This will not just help you loose weight, but give your system a chance to boost immunes. Did you know that the avg person carries 10lbs of waste in their abdomine??? A cleanse gets rid of that and starts pulling from other parts of your body. When you are done with your cleanse stay on a healthy diet and you will be pleased with the amount of energy you will gain and how your shape will change!!GO FOR IT!! You will be happy that you did... MB |

I read your post 5 days ago and decided to do the same thing, now im on my fourth day and I've shed 5 lbs and im still going! The first couple of day were really hard, I mean really hard but I did it. I cant see the results yet but I thought this would be a good jump start to an extreme weight loss diet. I plan to lose 50 to 65 lbs. When I started I was 213 now im 208 I cant wait to get down to 150 or so. I plan to be 20 to 30 lbs lighter by christmas to show my family I can do this. The only family member that knows is my husband and he is really being a great support. Wish me luck and I'll check in weekly with my updated support.
Thank you for posting your Detox idea it has really helped me get a hold on my diet. |

Hi there! it's autumn here in Canada and I feel sluggish becoz of extra pounds and lack of exercise; I usually am good with these things but cold weather makes it difficult!
I'm new at the cleanse/detox thing but have been hearing so much about different methods and I'm at a loss at what to do next; some stuff is just way to unbelievable and very few methods seem serious; colon cleansing seems to be a proven one but I find this too extreme; otherwise I read about this natural method in this article here whereby you use water in a specific daily bath; how's that possible? have any of you tried this Detox Bath? Here's the article I found: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art46670.asp Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Peace Y |

I tried a cleanse and actually lost 7 lbs, 8 1/2 inches of toxic waste in the first 9 days. I lost 2 inches of my waist alone. It also helped me with my energy levels. The one I did targets the colon, the liver, the lymphatic system. I learned about it at a Health fair at my work.

I discovered a great new program from a company called Isagenix. I've tried the 30-day program and lost over 10 lbs and 60 cm (almost 25 inches), mostly around bum and tummy. The nice thing is that it's really gentle on the body (no big starvation diets). The first cleanse day is tough, but it's only once a week. The best part is the maintenance programme which helps ensure that you keep off those pounds and even keep losing them, again, without stressing your body too much.
I greatly recommend it! |
