    You're kidding, right?

You are considering putting something into your body, that you know NOTHING about, whatever it is, based on the advice from one or two perfect strangers?

In addition, in the U.S., NONE of these products are regulated by the FDA or any other branch of the federal government, so they can pretty much say whatever they want on their web sites. Terms like "medically proven" or "clinically proven" or "tested in clinical trials" all sound "official" when in fact they are all a bunch of garbage....just like the products they are selling.

There is not a single "weight loss" or "diet" pill or supplement out there that will help you lose weight safely. Not one! The risks are enormous!

If/when you buy any of this garbage, the ONLY thing that is going to get thin is your wallet.

The ONLY proven way to lose weight is to MAKE CHANGES to your current lifestyle, for the rest of your life. Eat from the farm and not from the factory. Shop on the outer edge of most grocery stores in the produce, diary, fresh foods areas and stay away from sodium loaded garbage that comes in pretty boxes.

Weight loss is simple (in logic and in theory).

BURN more calories than you consume = weight loss CONSUME more calories than you burn = weight gain

As far as the "weight loss" shakes or "meal replacement" shakes go, generally, they ae loaded with FIBER which makes you feel full. Most Americans don't get nearly enough fiber in their daily diets anyway, so these might be okay. But they will do nothing for long term, rest of your life, changes that you need to make. They are a short term "fix" if anything.

Your body is a temple...treat it accordingly.

Duromine = a slow release version of Phentermine.....really. Phentermine is already banned throughout Europe and Asia. Enough said.

Old thread. Spam magnet. Not worth keeping open.

    Amen

Whoever said anything was possible obviously never tried slamming a revolving door.
