what diet pills really work??

ive tried a couple and ijust wanna kno who has good experiance with diet pills and ones really work!!!

I personally just needed a little help. Didn't want the jitters of some products with caffeine so went a natural way with this supplement I found called Lipoway. It blocks the fat and makes you feel full so you don't eat as much but are totally satisfied. I am not real big into exercise but I do walk everyday thats about it. Little over a month I have lost close to 11 pounds. Good luck

I checked over the websites.. The operator says i have to email them my credit card number.. Did you do that? i felt really not safe.. As i'm oversea..

I wouldnt do that!!!! Yikes!! IDC that any work for sure, except phentermine and you have to get that either from the dr or order it online I couldnt EVEN begin to tell you what website to try tho..jeez this wasnt soo much help huh?

I had done some research on phentermine.. it was said to cause lots of side effects..

Yea there are side effects but thats with whatever dp you take... Thats the only one I knowthat works..maybe try walking for like 30 mins a day?

I've been doing the "slimfast creamy protein shake" for about 3 weeks now. It makes me feel full for about 4 and half hours. It's a heavy drink so it makes your stomach feel full. It's also loaded with nutrients so you keep your energy up. Only 190 calories and it's safe.

Try duromine.. It helps.. But there's side effect like heart beating faster than norm and insomnia... Reductil is another form of duromine with lesser effects.. My friends lost 15kg in 3months time!!.. Another 1 lost 3kg in a month.. i'm trying to get this pills.. hope it works..

What is duromine and where do you get it? Like perscription or otc?
