the funniest thing is that i know i will get worse if i dont start exercising and dieting but i just kept postponing it. u need to see me now, i have bulging tummy, big thighs, and all.i procrastinate a lot, i dont know what to do about that, but i long to have my shape back, y i delay i dont understand.
pls, any help will be appreciated.

Ok, first let's take a look at what you are eating and when.
Do you pack healthy lunches and snacks for work? What do you do on your breaks?

Can you jog or walk to work? If you have to drive, can you park a mile away and briskly walk from there?

Do you have 20 minutes in the morning to do a little workout at home?

Well first, skipping breakfast is part of the problem. The longer you wait to eat in the morning the slower your metabolism is for the day. You should really eat within an hour of waking.

If you are in a hurry. Pack your fridge with healthy options. I always have string cheese on hand and yogurt cups. Also, keep a box of granola bars handy.
The best is: big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner.

Can you walk on the night shift? (as long as it's safe, maybe invest in some pepper spray) Then on the morning shift have the cab drop you off about 8-10 blocks away and briskly walk the rest of the way. Is there stairs at work that you could do a couple of laps on before you leave for home?

If you have time in the morning (or evening) jumping rope is always a good cardio exercise if you have the space to do it. You can just get a cheap rope at k-mart or where ever. 10 minutes of skipping and 10-15 minutes of ab exercises, push ups, and lunges should be adequate. I like to break it up, 3 mins skipping, 2 mins of crunches, 3 mins skipping, 2 mins push ups....etc. Up to 40 minutes if you want.

hope that helps

Hello so how are you doing? I know how you feel because I also worked in a call center went from an active job to sitting on my rump all the time. Yes the pounds started coming. It is hard not to snack I know but if you have to as I did take in healthy low fat snacks,do exercises at your desk three are a lot of them (google desk exercises). Also to get my appetite under control I started using this hoodia spray (Diet Defense) before meals which helped so I didn't over eat.

Diet Defense can be purchased at micronutra health. There is a guarantee so if it doesn't work for you return it.
