Im also 5'1 and i just had a baby i now weigh around your weight also. I think including some type of activity in your lifestyle will help and also you have to look at what you eat, if you eat bad and workout no change will happen. Remember weightloss is a life time change so you have to diet in a way that you can stick to for a lifetime, make small changes at first then work your way up.

Good advice. I always say diets don't work. Because you aren't making a lifestyle change and just go back to the ways that made you overweight in the first place.

What is your diet and activity like right now?

The first thing you should do is start making a point to eat breakfast. If you are going to skimp or skip a meal it should be at the end of the day.

Eating within an hour of waking gets your metabolism working for the day.

I always find it easier to eat healthy if I stock up on groceries and healthy foods and plan out my meals. It's when I run out of food and end up grabbing something quick that I eat the worst.

You are so close to success that you don't even know it. It only takes a little effort and you can be well on your way to success.

First you need to have a game plan. Write down your big weight loss goal then space out that goal into months and weeks. Or maybe you would prefere dress size or prefere using a measurement such as your waiste and set a goal in one of those areas.

The point is to write it down. Mentally your subconscious will try to find ways to make that goal happen.

Stop the negative talk. Don't say I look fat or cant lose the weight. You can do it and you are a beautiful woman.

Yes, you need to force yourself to eat more during the day especially in the am like the others said.

Your body is in starvation mode right now and your metabolism is very sluggish because of the way you are eating. You have to make it a point to do better in that area.

Start small.. write down steps that you need to take to succeed and hold yourself accountable.

I know you will succeed.
