Hi everyone,
I am having a little bit of trouble changing my lifestyle. I was always that girl that could eat anything and not work out but stay my same weight. I am 5'3 and I was 115-120. Not too skinny but not fat and all the curves in just the right places. Then I had twins. Now I am 150 lbs. I can't lose the weight. I always get motivated and I start really well but then I slip and eat a cookie or drink a soda. I excercise okay but not as much as i should only 2-3 times a week for a half hour. I know I get motivated when I read all of your great comments and I figure if I had my own thread and seen all of your great comments and suggestions. It will help me that much more. Thanks All

Well, sounds like you know what you need to do to get your weigh back down.
It is ok to have a cookie or soda as a treat once in a while. Don't deprive yourself, that will only lead to pigging out. Just step up your workouts. Work out 4 times a week, up your intensity while you are doing it and extend the length of time. Try for 45 minutes of intense exercise 4 times a week. |
