Default I wanna be lean and sexy again!

Hi, just found this site. I am 22, 5'3 and weigh 123.5 pounds. I used to be 108-110 and lean. But after a bad breakup and a more sedentary job, I have put on weight. I can't fit in almost all my clothes. It is so depressing. I am so out of shape......I started working out Saturday with the firm body sculpting basics on saturday, I could only do about 15 minutes. On sunday, I did the next 10 minutes and had to stop. Today is my rest day and I am kinda sore. The video says you should see results in 10 workouts......so hopefully I will see things firm up a bit. My diet is bad....I eat large portions throughout the day....so I need to work on that. I can't zip or button my pants. I look 3-4 months pregnant and have saddlebags, flabby arms........ugh. I would like to lose 10 pounds as well as some inches off my hips, thighs, abs. I'm gonna try to eat smaller portions and drink more water. My legs used to be lean and toned...now they look short and dumpy. I have started working out BUT my diet needs work. So....I will be updating y'all here.

Keep it up. You don't have that far to go as far as the weight.
Stock up on healthy foods so you don't get stuck eating big unhealthy meals.

Keep up the workouts and find little ways to work more exercise into your daily routine.

Good luck!

hey there well i know all about gaining the weight. i have 3 kids now and when i started i was a lean 120 at 5'6" tall. well after the first kid i gained 60 pounds!!!! yikes! well i lost it by walking everyday, not alot but just being consistant about it and also eating small meals instead of large meals is a big help. i'm not saying starve yourself just eat 5 small meals a day. your body will be more proficient in burning calories if you feed it small bits throughout the day. i eat 3 meals and have 2 snacks or so during the day. i'm very active now due to running all over the place with the kids. now i'm older and i know i'll never be 120 pounds like i was at 18 but i'm thinner and in better shape due to eating better and staying more active. well keep it up it will pay off and good luck to you in your quest!!!!

I understand.. I am a mother newly diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have to take thyroid in the morning and at night. I am 5 ' 7" and I would like to lose 20 more pounds. I am 145 right now. I look skinny I just want to be toned. I had an emergency c section with my first born and am having trouble toning my abs the way I want them to look. I think girls have it a lot harder than guys. We are so critical on ourselves and it seems like we always have to look like a model.

Ok, so I had to do a little of my exercise video over 5 days to complete it!! It was so intense..........I definetly am feeling firmer in my arms and not as jiggly in my legs. The workout says visible results in 10......so 9 more to go. I am so excited by how I feel.
