There are many factors that could be effecting your weight. Such things could include changes in metabolism, hormone fluctuation, thyroid problems, other health conditions, depression, eating more (maybe you just don't notice?), consuming foods/drinks that are more fattening, land ess exercize.

The first suggestions would be to start eating only healthy foods and drinking more water. Exercize is VERY important to maintaining your weight and health. Keeping your mental state positive is also vital.

Women will start to gain more weight at various times in life. It's just a cruel part of nature and is most times a natural occurence. It is possible that there is a medical condition causing these changes, but it is usually normal or related to our lifestyles.

I am not sure how tall you are, but I am 5'5" and a couple years ago I weighed 150lbs which was about 20lbs too heavy for my height. It just started to pile on at a certain age even though nothing had really changed in my habits. I started eating healthy and drinking lots of water and managed to lose the 20lbs. I am still maintaining 130lbs today and feel great, but only because I eat well and exercize.
