Default 5 Surefire Ways To Lose Weight - Naturally!

Losing weight is a big priority for millions of people. Everyone wants to look slim, sexy and healthy and the only way to do it is to lose that extra pound from their body. Over here I have listed 5 simple ways you can do to lose weight - Naturally! By replacing some of your regular activities with the healthier ones, you can lose weight permanently.

1. Eat your normal meal everyday. Don't skimp during the day to "save" calories for later on in the evening. No matter how "in control" you feel during the day, you're likely to become overly hungry by evening, which is a sure-fire way to give in to overeating. And above all, don't skip any meals to reserve calories for another; it almost always backfires. However, try to eat moderately and avoid overeating.

2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure you eat your breakfast every morning. Doing so keeps your blood sugar stable -- which helps keep cravings at bay -- and energy levels high. In fact, studies have shown that people who eat breakfast tend to be at a healthier weight than those of us who skip it.

3. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day as well as eating water-rich fruits such as melon or oranges will help you feel sated throughout the day. Additionally, thirst is easily confused with hunger so staying well-hydrated may prevent you from eating when you're not actually feeling true hunger.

I've never heard of toasted bread having less calories. You dont have to exclude bread from your diet as along as you eat the whole grains bread, its the white bread thats bad for you.

They're probably talking about Melba toast, or that 40-calorie bread. You can find it at most supermarkets, but I don't know how it tastes. Never tried it myself.
