    Arrow oh my!!!

Thank you for the heads up, I haven't made up my mind yet about getting on it until I read your comment, but I know now that I dont think I want to take the alli because it might have other serious consequences... can it affect you in any other way... has anybody else experienced this?

Lightbulb I am a happy camper

I have taken ALLI for the last 3 months, and have lost 50 lbs and am currently losing. Yes, at first the side effects can be bad, but you can control these by minimizing your fat intake. Yes, you have to watch what you eat, and exercise, but that's with anything. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and finally have found something good. I started at 260, and 3 months later am 50 lbs lighter. I have a weakness for mountain dew, and have had lots of slip ups, but it really does work. I recommend this product for people that are very overweight ( it is recommended for people who are at least 30 lbs overweight) and have a hard time with giving up certain foods. I still drink regular soda on a daily basis, but have cut down from 6 a day to 2 a day. I only take 2 pills a day, and it really curbs your appetite. I talked to my doctor about ALLI, and he took lots of blood tests because I lost so much so quick, and all the tests came back perfect.
Just make sure that you follow the plan and don't forget your multivitamin!!
