So against my better judgement, I stepped on the scale this morning... and I'm down 5 pounds! (granted, I need to lose about 140lbs.) -- unbelievable. (It should be noted that I've been at the gym every day, counting my calories, writing everything down and drinking my water, so who's to say if it is due to the shake -- but it does fill me up until lunchtime).
I guess the true test will be when I go back to WW on Saturday -- they can weigh me with their scale... and we'll see where I am.
Anyway... tried something new today... Chocolate Soy milk, Milk Chocolate flavor whey powder, frozen banana and (since i had such success with them yesterday) a couple frozen cherries. Couldn't really taste the cherries (unlike yesterday) - but I blended it a little longer today and it seemed to take the chalkiness away.
That's my valentine's day chocolate for the day...
