Hi, I'm very disappointed, because I've been on this diet for 3 weeks now and I haven't lost a pound. I'm drinking one cup of soy milk ( the one they sell at Costco) and 1 scoop of Whey protein (Costco's also) only with ice, I don't put any fruits on it, for snack I always have a fruit and for dinner, whatever I cooked for my family, but a very small portion. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I'm feeling very depressed ,it seems like nothing works for me and I have 40 pounds that dont belong to me. Please, I need help....
