Thank you so much LuvZumba! I appreciate the feedback on this. I'm so glad it's working for you, 6 pounds in 3 days that GREAT! What you have said is what I was thinking, so I'm on the right track.
Thank you again and keep up the good work. Good luck to you and keep me up to date and I will do the same.

Wink It's working for me too....

Hi there... well, it's been a week.. and I've only been doing the whey shake, just haven't gotten my butt out and bought the other.. but I've lost 4 lbs this week.. I'm thrilled with that.. I have another 25 or so to go but 4 lbs a week is fast enough for me.. I have a totally normal dinner.. smaller portion but not cutting anything out..

I am truly amazed how full I feel when I have one of the shakes in the morning.. really quite shocking!

I'll keep you posted.. I'm going out today to get the soy shake.. I can't find soy milk with enough protein.. don't they say you need 20 grams of protein from soy too? If not, I would mix the shake with the soy milk.. maybe I'm confused???

ps.. I'm a libra too! October 8th...

Hey Lucy! (Thats the name of my motorcycle ) I'm not an expert on this plan either but I think if you look and read through the thread you can get an idea of what others are doing and create whats good for you. There are so many differant great ideas and recipes I have seen so far it has made creating my own plan easy. I am at 16 lbs today.. been doing it for 8 days now. this is good! one thing I did notice today is that my skin is softer! whoa! I woke up and it felt like I already put my lotion on for the day. teehee! crazy chemistery!

Smile Me too Lucy!

Hellllllllo Lucy!!!

I also have close to 100lbs to lose!! I actually had more, but lost it recently on another diet. I started this diet last Tuesday and have lost about 4lbs. I really like this diet. Here is what I have for the day:

Morning (between 8 and 9am) - any shake listed in the magazine that Kathryn Keating from First created.

Snack (usually 2 to 3 hours later) - 1 pack of apple slices and 2 tsp of peanut butter

Lunch (around 12 or 1pm) - another shake

Snack (around 3ish) - about 5 whole wheat saltines with 2 to 3 tsp peanut butter

Dinner - I make my own grilled chicken patty from ground chicken - about 5 oz pre-cooked and then have a nice size salad with 2 TBLS of Paul Neumans low fat balsamic vinegar.

OR

I have a YUMMY Healthy Choice meal - cafe classics - Basil Chicken. OMG - fabulous! It's a nice size of pasta!

OR

You can make it even more simple and go to McDonalds and order a piece or 2 of grilled chicken (they sell each piece already cooked for $1) and then add 2 garden veg side salads with the balsamic vin. YUMMO!
(the chicken is so moist and tasty). If you can, buy a food scale if you don't have one already. Bring the chicken home and weigh it. You want it to weigh 4oz - cooked!

All the best to you! Stay on the diet and check in here everyday! I love this thread and am so glad that we are all in this together.

I check this site several times a day. Keep going! WE can ALL do this together!!!

Cool Hello

Hi girls!

I also read the article and your comments are very inspiring me to jump on this wagon. I am very happy for your weight loss. I am overweight, husband too. I am happy to discover this diet, because of what it says about healthy hair, skin and mood... very important for us.

My prob with weight is that I had a gastric bypass, 250, went down to 160, but have gained up to 205... so want to get back to 160 and maybe more! Itīs always been VERY hard for me to loss weight. And husband sometimes doesnīt help.

Well... now I need to start doing it and maybe husband gets excited and does it with me too.

Question, when using soy power, do you guys use regular 1% cow milk? I understood many of you use the whe
