) I'm not an expert on this plan either but I think if you look and read through the thread you can get an idea of what others are doing and create whats good for you. There are so many differant great ideas and recipes I have seen so far it has made creating my own plan easy. I am at 16 lbs today.. been doing it for 8 days now. this is good! one thing I did notice today is that my skin is softer! whoa! I woke up and it felt like I already put my lotion on for the day. teehee! crazy chemistery!
