Default Extreme fatique

I haven't had this feeling. I have had the opposite. I have a lot more energy. I believe someone else said the same thing in earlier posts.

I have had a feeling of extreme fatigue for a couple of days, and a "not with it feeling", like a space-out feeling. Anyone else notice symptoms like this?

Thanks

Gemi 23 -
I'm sorry to hear about your parents. I have about 100 lbs to lose and I started drinking the shakes today. They are YUMMMMMMMMMMY! If I can lose 100 lbs. in about 3.5 months by drinking these shakes, I will be set!

Mamad,
Maybe you're low on will power because you are so overtired or overwhelmed. One day at a time. I do not have two shakes a day, usually. Only one in the AM and a bar for lunch. I cannot follow the diet exactly. The timing doesn't work for me. But I make sure I get that protein in during the day so I can have a regular meal for dinner - minus breads which I love. Watch calories. Protein bars are a great help to me - EASY - and they keep the hunger away. I am losing if I don't cheat on the bread, or calorie count which I try to keep between 1200 and 1300 a day. HANG in there and don't stress.

thanks for any response..

Lorie,
I wrote in an article last month on my experience with being VERY tired on this diet. I found that I was allergic to soy. So I switched to whey powder only and am using organic juice rather than soymilk as my liquid. I also added frozen blueberries, ground flaxseed, and powdered Vitamin C along with ice cubes and enough water to fill a two cup container (Magic Bullet). I have been adding a little almond milk and that makes my shakes creamier. I am still losing weight and my tiredness went away. Also I usually have only one shake a day and a Clif bar for lunch (20 protein). For dinner I have a normal plate of whatever I make for my husband or I have a big chicken salad. I snake on protein bars and try to watch my calorie count.
Main thing - you may be allergic to soy which is HIGH on the allergeric list of foods.

I have around 111 lbs to lose. I started today.

Unfortunately, I have issues with too much milk and I cannot tolerate soy, so I will have to substitute with water.

I'm happy to have found this site. The support here is awesome.
Try almond milk mixed with the water in your shake. It is creamier than using water alone. Good luck. I am allergic to soy too.

I have had this. You probably are allergic to soy. I am. I just use the whey powder mixed with organic juice, water and sometimes I add almond milk for creaminess. It works. Main thing - the shakes curb your appetite so you can stay in the low calorie range for the day.
