I have been drinking the EAS Soy Protein shakes after my workouts and I really like them. I just found this site and saw this diet and want to try it. I am already eating Smart Ones for lunch, so I am almost doing it. I only need to lose about 25-30# I lost 70# on weight watchers, but since turning 40, I have gained 20# back over the last 2 years. I have a question... What is the difference between whey and soy and is it that important to use both?

I replied to your other question in the other thread haha, but anyway for starters send me your e-mail address so you can see the article.

It does say to use whey protein and soy milk/ or soy protein in your diet because both have benefits for healthy living. It says it all in the article,so you'll see

I am a Happy Camper! Today when I weighed I broke the 100 pound mark. One day short of 15 months of dieting I now weigh 100 and 1/2 pounds LESS than when I started!!

This plan has worked great for me to break my plateau. And its SO EASY that I am going to stay on it, at least for a month. After that I will reevaluate and probably go back to South Beach. I do think I will keep the shake in my plan for breakfast because I like it so much and it holds me over until lunch. And its easy and fast to fix in the mornings.

I read about this diet in the Woman's World magazine so I decided to do some research online and find this forum. I'm really happy for all of you that have lost the weight. I will be begining mine tomorrow. I do have just one question. Do any of you know if you can drink coffee with this diet?

Thanks!
