Default Anyone tried this Diet?

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Warrior Diet? I've been following it for at least a year and it has helped me lose my last 15 pounds, but I've got this diet from my husband who read it from some book. I have yet to hear one woman say it works for them. I'm not sure exactly what it is now, since I've probably modified it, but what I do is, I don't eat too much during the day, just plain yogurt, fruits, nuts, and sometimes fresh veggies. Then during dinner, I would eat a regular meal, making sure I stick with veggies and meat, with minimal starch.

It's worked for me so far, and I don't get food coma after lunch. In fact, I usually try to work out during lunch. Anyone else find success with it? Because if there are success with it, I'd like to share it on my blog about women's physical culture!
