well here is a little about me im 5ft9inches tall i weigh 167pounds and very uncomfortable about my weight i used to be 145lbs but i got pregnant back in 2006 and i was up to about 170lbs unfortunately my body wasnt able to hold my baby so at 5months pregnant i had a miscarriage i lost the baby in october of 2006 and ever since i have not been able to loss the weight i started eating healthy walking and running more often and at first the weight was going down i made it to 158lbs but now im right back up i havent changed what i was doing but it just seems a little frustrating. does any one have any suggestions?

Yes Rayne I have experienced this myself. I was having this trouble of over weight and was trying out different dieting ways and exercising but none worked out. At last I got the real solution from ecoach360 program in www.ecoach360.com . They had several individual sessions with me to understand my health concerns and needs and charted out a customized program suiting my objectives and needs. They guided me with healthy supplements I have to take, the exercises that I have to follow in routine and also reviewed back at regular intervals.
