Thread: I need to lose weight, diet pills????

Well everybody should do what he wants to do. But I don't have curves-I am really fat. I really need to lose weight. Otherwise my overweight might be a health threat. My doctor told be that I really have to lose weight. But this is so difficult. It would be great if you could tell me about your experiences with redusyn, tinkerbell52! But still I am a little sceptical about diet pills....

Well I tried diet pills before when I was desperate, and needless to say...it did not last. The pills gave me chest pain and heart palpitaions. When I stopped taking the pills, I was fine. Losing weight is hard, I am still working on it myself. I would definately be willing to be a support to whoever may need it!

Yes crazygirl, I did order a diet pill called redusyn, I did alot of checking and I decided that it was the best one for me, I never thought that I would take a diet pill, but I really have to get rid of alot of pounds. This will be just the start tho. I am not gonna take them forever, just at the most 3 months, till I change my life style, ( a get rid of my tents) I can't stand them any more.

I am sorry that the pills haven't worked for you, bluesapphire315? Which pill was it? I want to make sure I will never try it. So hopefully you won't make bad experiences with redusyn like bluesapphire315 made with her weight loss pill. Keep us posted about your experiences! I am looking forward to read them.

I am not a big fan of diet pills. They make me jittery and I always feel like I can't focus on a thing when I am on them. I have never really had any luck with them. However, I like Diurex. It is a water pill. It helps with the bloated/fat feeling. I have been taking one a day with lots of water.
I have been struggling with my weight since I was 10. I am 25 now and I feel like I finally have control over my weight. I have been going to Weight Watchers and I have been doing great. I have lost 30 pounds and kept it off thus far. I am learning how to eat right and exercise.

Which kind of diet pills have you tried, Babygirlme83? I want to make sure that I never try those ones. I haven't heard of that water pill yet but I will try to find some more information. Have you experienced any bad side effects? Any experiences might be interesting for me. Hopefully you will be able to tell my abouzt that redusyn pill soon, tinkabell52!

Yes I will write about everything when I get the redusyn, I hope that it will get here this week, can't wait to start, of course I have cleaned out my fridge of those nasty things and I bought lots of fruits, and hope that I won't be tempted to cheat. Like Babygirlme said you have to learn to eat right and exercise, and I am planning on doing that too.

To be honest, I can't remember the name of the diet pills because it was such a short time that I was on them before I stopped taking them and got rid of them. I would love to just be able to take a pill and lose weight, but its not that easy. I'll never take diet pills again, it was way too scary last time.

I'm still trying to lose weight, its hard but 30 pounds to go. I seem to be at a stand still and staying the same weight.
